Our story began in 1968 when a new Electrical and Lighting wholesaler appeared in the market. This was the beginning of Plumstead Electrical, an independant and family-owned business.

For over 50 years, we have supplied quality branded Electrical and Lighting Products to the Cape Town and Surrounds area, as well as reaching further into the depths of the Western Cape. We are proud to be one of the leading independent wholesalers in the Western Cape and will continue to service our customers with excellent service and competitive pricing.

What started as a small wholesaler in Plumstead, Cape Town, has now grown and thrived into three branches, strategically situated throughout the City, with Plumstead Electrical (Head Office) in Diep River, Okavango Electrical in Brackenfell, and lastly, Atlantic Electrical in Parklands.
